Our Madrona Project was a fully engaged renovation spanning over 2 years. We started by bringing the structure back to its bones. We reworked the floor plan to make for a better flow and made several key upgrades including an addition and a free-standing garage. The waterfront property lends itself well to the structure and design of this home.
